Twilight coming earlier now. It isn’t even 8:00 PM and I am closing the curtains for the night.
What is it about the night that makes us close up and turn away from the outside? Is it what we can’t see? Will curtains keep the unknown at bay?
Or is it that with my curtains open, I am less unknown?
